1 on 1 Personal Training

With unlimited support and tailored programming, you'll achieve the realistic and sustainable health results you desire. PT includes weekly programming and basic nutrition guidelines. Let's work together and have some fun while we're at it! You may even get a surprise visit from our little pup, Kobe.
Buddy Training

Grab your bestie, co-worker, neighbor, partner, or make a new friend at Vitalia and get paired with another one of our clients! Buddy training is just like personal training, but with an extra friend to share it with. :) You'll still receive weekly programming and support.
Training for Athletes

Based on your athletic goals, we'll work on strength and conditioning as well as speed and agility. Strength in the weight room translates to speed on the field, court, rink, mat, etc. We both have first hand experience in training for sport. Let's work together to get you to peak performance. This option requires at least a 1-3 month commitment. (unless you are home from college for break, etc) Includes all phase programming, support, and basic nutrition guidelines.
Health Coaching with Dana

Many people aren't so sure what a health coach is. Is it personal training? Is it nutrition coaching? What's the deal!? Health coaching is the use of clinical interventions and strategies to actively and safely engage clients in health behavior change. Most clients work with a health coach to build consistent habits like:

improving sleep hygiene

learning about behavior chains... the list goes on.
Health Coaching is all about YOU. YOU are in the driver seat, and I'm just the tour guide. Sometimes we have trouble prioritizing our health and realizing that we may be burnt out. Health coaching helps us truly dial into how we're feeling and it helps make sure we are caring for ourselves so that we can live our fullest, most joyful life!
Virtual Training

You guessed it, virtual training is all online. It will consist of live 1 on 1 video training so we can meet you right where you are! This option includes weekly programming, support, and basic nutrition guidelines.
Online Programming

Online programming consists of an individualized exercise program tailored specifically for you. There is not an in-person or virtual training component, but you do have access to us for questions and basic nutritional guidelines. Programming is provided in one-month phases. In other words, you'll receive a month's worth of workouts for each month/program purchased.
